Energy Technician

As a technician on duty, you will be part of the continuous service of the energy supply cluster. The team consists of 18 employees divided into 6 shifts, each with a first technician on duty and two technicians on duty. The shifts are supervised by 2 shift leaders.

Under the guidance of a first technician on duty, you are responsible for operating and maintaining the technical installations in the power plant and the hospital. The operation is carried out using a modern building management system, among other things.

The energy supply cluster is responsible for the uninterrupted supply of energy and resources to the users. In addition, the cluster is responsible for the management and maintenance of fixed infrastructure installations. This includes the modern power plant, air conditioning, elevators, and cooling systems. The tasks are carried out by approximately 45 employees. Some of the staff work in continuous service. This has been chosen because of the great importance of the reliability of these facilities for the primary process.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a service-oriented attitude, who has good communication skills, both oral and written. Furthermore, you are able to work independently and have an inventive, solution-oriented attitude.

• You have an Midd level education in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, marine engineering A, or an equivalent education.
• You have experience with energy generation (electricity, steam, cooling), building installations, climate installations, and building management systems.
• You are willing to take additional (internal or external) courses if necessary.

This is a one-year employment contract with a prospect of permanent employment.

Irregular shifts are part of this position. You will receive an irregularity allowance of approximately 30% for this. In addition, we offer an 8% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus.
